After obtaining his medical degree, Tim Pfautsch realized his true calling was the world of film. He quickly made a name for himself shooting a variety of projects, ranging from small passion projects to commercials, always bringing his unique perspective to every project.

Tim draws heavily from his experiences as a medical student, then as a doctor during the corona pandemic - he believes that his work as a doctor has helped him develop a deeper understanding of the human experience, which in turn has informed his work as a cinematographer.
Every shot should serve a purpose and thus Tim engages in meaningful discussions with his directors to capture the essence of their vision, earning him a reputation as a true collaborator.
