Fabian was born in the Sauerland in the early 90s. He moved to Cologne to study art at the Academy of Media Arts, but discovered advertising for himself. After graduating in Media Arts, he started shooting commercials for clients like BOSCH, LIDL as well as the Federal Ministry in Germany.
Fabian loves telling little stories and absurd situations. He places particular emphasis on getting the best performance out of his actors. His films are characterised by dry humour and precise timing. His film "Hotel Domspatz" won the gold audience award at the Spotlight Festival and the German advertising magazine "Horizont" selected him as one of the top 10 most successful newcomers.

When Fabian is not shooting commercials, he tours with his band or works on his feature film debut "Der Elefant".
